Prism Capital Partners Promotes Anne Castiglia to Chief Financial Officer

NUTLEY, N.J. — Prism Capital Partners has promoted Anne Castiglia to chief financial officer, the Nutley, N.J.-based commercial real estate owner, operator and developer announced May 26. The appointment coincides with what the firm describes as a period of significant growth.

Castiglia joined Prism Capital Partners in 2011 after beginning her career in public accounting and has held progressively senior roles at the firm. She most recently served as senior vice president of finance before assuming the CFO title.

Expanded Responsibilities in Commercial Real Estate Financing and Strategy

In her new role, Castiglia will oversee all financial operations at Prism Capital Partners, including accounting, reporting, budgeting and capital planning. The firm said she will also serve as a key partner to senior leadership, investors and capital partners on matters involving financing, strategy, and the execution of the firm's development and investment activities.
