Redwood West, in partnership with Panattoni, has acquired The Pike, a 394,616-square-foot open-air waterfront lifestyle center located at 95 S. Pine Ave. in Long Beach, Calif., according to reporting by Commercial Property Executive.
The transaction closed July 2, 2026. The purchase price and seller were not disclosed in the available sources.

Delivered in 2003, The Pike — also commonly branded as The Pike Outlets — sits along Downtown Long Beach's waterfront. The open-air center encompasses retail, dining and entertainment uses and was approximately 91% leased at the time of sale.
Key tenants at the property include Cinemark, Restoration Hardware, EōS Fitness, Nike Factory Store, H&M, Levi's, P.F. Chang's, Gladstones, California Pizza Kitchen and Starbucks.
