CUPERTINO, Calif. — Rubicon Point Partners has acquired Wolfe Square, a 117,795-square-foot Class A multi-tenant office and medical campus in Cupertino, California, the firm announced June 26. JLL represented the seller in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Property Overview and Location

Wolfe Square is situated adjacent to Apple's global headquarters and near Main Street Cupertino, a mixed-use retail and dining corridor. The campus carries a diversified tenant roster spanning healthcare, technology, and professional services, and the firm described the property as maintaining consistently high occupancy. Rubicon Point Partners characterized the asset as a community-serving Class A property with institutional-grade tenancy.

Will Connors, Dan Renz, and Michael Manas of JLL represented the seller in the investment sales transaction. Bob Simpson and Erik Hallgrimson of Cushman & Wakefield have been named leasing brokers for the property going forward.

Planned Improvements Under UnCommon Platform

Rubicon Point Partners said it plans to introduce its UnCommon hospitality platform at Wolfe Square, which the firm described as an operating approach centered on curated programming, elevated amenities, and best-in-class management. The firm describes itself as a vertically integrated investor, operator, and manager.
