RXR Adds Two Tenants at Midtown Office Tower

RXR has secured two new office leases at 75 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan, totaling 17,306 square feet of new commitments. Xfinity Creative, Comcast's in-house marketing services agency, signed a five-year lease for 14,116 square feet, taking the entire 11th floor at the property. The company is relocating from 105 Wooster Street in SoHo.

Strategic advisory and investment firm Beacon Capital Partners signed a three-year lease for 3,190 square feet on the 20th floor.

Continued Leasing Momentum at 775,239-Square-Foot Property

The new leases follow leasing activity at the 33-story, 775,239-square-foot Class A office tower in Q4 of 2025. The building's tenant roster includes Univest Securities, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Macrae, BasePoint, and Guidehouse.
