Seagis Property Group has signed two tenants totaling approximately 25,000 square feet at 745 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, New Jersey, the firm announced March 3, 2026. The leases, executed through separate transactions of 14,000 square feet and 11,000 square feet, bring the 31,000-square-foot industrial building — located within the Gotham Industrial Park in the Meadowlands submarket — to roughly 80% occupancy.

Industrial Acquisition and Repositioning Drive Lease-Up

The two tenants include a leading logistics service provider and a national stone company. The acquisition and subsequent repositioning of the building at 745 Gotham Parkway reflects a strategy Seagis Property Group has pursued since its formation more than 20 years ago: targeting small industrial buildings in Northern and Central New Jersey for acquisition and modernization.

"Part of our investment strategy since our formation over 20 years ago is the acquisition and repositioning of small buildings in Northern and Central New Jersey," said Rowan Brumbaugh of Seagis Property Group. "This building and its location in the Gotham Industrial Park fit our target investment profile and upon closing we immediately commenced our repositioning plan to modernize the building. We were able to attract two great customers and are excited to welcome them to Seagis."

The property offers direct access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 80 and sits approximately 10 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel. No additional property specifications — including clear heights, dock count, office square footage, lot size, or details of the repositioning scope — were disclosed in the announcement.
