Stream Realty Partners has been awarded a property management assignment at 230 W. Monroe, a 29-story office tower totaling approximately 625,000 square feet in Chicago's West Loop submarket, the firm announced June 15, 2026. The client, Menashe Properties, selected Stream to take on the management role, adding to the leasing assignment the firm has held at the property for approximately three years.

Expanding an Existing Office Real Estate Relationship

Stream's involvement at 230 W. Monroe dates to Menashe Properties' acquisition of the building, when the national commercial real estate firm was first awarded the leasing assignment. With the addition of property management, Stream now oversees both leasing and day-to-day operations at the West Loop tower — a consolidation that the firm says is intended to create a more unified experience for ownership and tenants alike.

Victoria Knudson, Leader of Property Management and Partner at Stream, will lead the property management services. Managing Director Mark Bâby and Executive Vice President Ben Cleveland will continue overseeing leasing efforts on behalf of ownership.

"We are excited to expand our partnership with Menashe Properties at 230 W. Monroe," Knudson said. "Having leasing and property management aligned under one team creates a more cohesive experience for both ownership and tenants. Our goal is to continue elevating operations, enhancing the workplace environment, and delivering long-term value at one of the West Loop's most well-connected office properties."

Property Features and West Loop Location

Located in Chicago's West Loop, 230 W. Monroe offers access to CTA lines, Ogilvie Transportation Center, and Union Station. The building features a recently renovated lobby, efficient floor plates, an upgraded fitness center, a conference center accommodating up to 50 people, indoor and outdoor tenant lounges, an on-site bike room, and multiple dining options.

Operational Coordination as a Leasing Strategy

For Stream, the expanded role at 230 W. Monroe reinforces the firm's full-service platform strategy. The Dallas-headquartered firm offers leasing, investment and development services, property management, capital markets, construction, and related services across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land, and data center properties. Stream reports more than 1,550 professionals and annual transactions valued at more than $11.5 billion.
