Stream Realty Partners Wins Leasing and Property Management Assignment for 180 North LaSalle in Chicago's Central Loop

CHICAGO — Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing and property management assignment for 180 North LaSalle Street, an 861,476-square-foot, 38-story office tower located in Chicago's Central Loop, the national commercial real estate firm announced June 30, 2026.

The assignment was granted by Menashe Properties and expands an existing relationship between the two firms. With the addition of 180 North LaSalle, Stream Realty Partners now provides leasing and property management services for all three of Menashe Properties' Chicago office assets, which also include 125 South Wacker and 230 West Monroe.

Property Overview and Location

Situated in Chicago's Financial District, 180 North LaSalle Street sits directly across from the James R. Thompson Center, which is slated to become Google's future Chicago headquarters. The building offers immediate access to public transportation, courthouses, government offices, and the broader Central Business District.

The tower features an updated lobby and a dedicated amenity floor known as The Hub@180, which includes a tenant lounge, fitness center, conference center, bike storage, lockers, and wellness-focused offerings.
