The Swig Company and Intercontinental Real Estate See 22,000-SF Leasing Momentum at 6300 Wilshire in West Los Angeles

The Swig Company and Intercontinental Real Estate have signed more than 22,000 square feet of leases at 6300 Wilshire in West Los Angeles over the past five months, the firms announced May 8, 2026. The transactions span three new tenant leases, five lease renewals, and one tenant expansion at the 22-story, 407,000-square-foot Class A office tower in the Miracle Mile submarket.

New Tenants and Renewals at 6300 Wilshire

New tenants joining the building include American Lemon Law Group, which signed a 2,000-square-foot lease represented by John Prevas of CBRE, and The Option Agency, which took 1,700 square feet represented by Chris Taverner and Taylor Watson of CBRE. An undisclosed company also signed a new lease for 4,400 square feet.

Among renewing tenants, Movagar & Yamin signed a 3,200-square-foot renewal represented by John Prevas of CBRE. Drip Hydration & Concierge MD relocated within the building and renewed for 5,300 square feet, represented by Chris McKenzie of Lee & Associates. Rapid Medical, represented by Gabriel Brown of JLL, renewed its existing lease and expanded its footprint to 2,800 square feet. Two additional undisclosed companies renewed leases totaling 2,900 square feet.

Joel Frank, Taylor Watson, and Brad Chelf of CBRE represented The Swig Company and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation in the transactions.

Location and Building Attributes

The building is LEED Gold, Energy Star, and WELL Health-Safety Rated. It offers covered parking and unobstructed views of the Hollywood Hills. The property is located two blocks from the Purple Line Extension, which will connect Miracle Mile with Beverly Hills, Century City, and Westwood.
