TPG Real Estate Finance Trust Closes $500M in New Financing With Term Loan B and Revolving Credit Facility

TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. (NYSE: TRTX) has closed a $400 million senior secured Term Loan B and a $100 million revolving credit facility, the company announced May 14, 2026, bringing total new financing to $500 million.

The Term Loan B carries a maturity of 2033 and priced at 99.75% of par, bearing interest at Term SOFR plus 275 basis points. The revolving credit facility matures in 2031 and bears interest at Term SOFR plus 200 basis points.

Use of Proceeds and Debt Management

TPG RE Finance Trust said it intends to use net proceeds from the Term Loan B and revolving credit facility to repay outstanding indebtedness, including partially funding the redemption of its TRTX 2022-FL5 collateralized loan obligation, or for other general corporate purposes.
