LONGVIEW, TXTrademark is advancing renovations and announcing new leasing activity at Longview Mall, the 646,000-square-foot enclosed regional mall in Longview, Texas, the firm announced July 13, 2026. The updates follow Trademark's acquisition of the property in partnership with Dillard's — the first joint retail acquisition for the two companies — with Trademark leading operations and leasing.

Incoming tenants include jewelry retailer Pandora, bookseller Barnes & Noble, and a Dillard's Men's Store that will expand Dillard's existing footprint at the property. Pandora is expected to open this fall, while Barnes & Noble and the Dillard's Men's Store are slated to open in spring 2027.

Renovation Program Targets Curb Appeal and Common Areas

Trademark said completed renovations at Longview Mall include parking lot repairs, upgraded exterior lighting, fresh exterior paint, enhanced landscaping, replacement of skylight tinting, and upgrades to the specialty leasing retail merchandising unit. Additional improvements planned for the property include a new children's play area, interior painting, and updated seating throughout common areas.

"With new retailers opening this year and additional improvements underway, we're continuing to build meaningful momentum at Longview Mall," said Terry Montesi, CEO at Trademark. "These investments are part of a broader strategy to enhance the experience, strengthen the tenant mix, and ensure the property continues to serve as a relevant, high-performing community destination for years to come."

New Leases at Longview Mall

"These new leases demonstrate the strength of our leasing strategy at Longview as we work to evolve the tenant roster," said Daniel Goldware, SVP of Leasing at Trademark. "We're in active conversations with several retailers who view Longview Mall as a highly visible, well-established retail environment that will support their growth. We're excited to reveal details about more retailers and restaurants to come in the months ahead."

Longview Mall's existing tenant roster includes Dillard's, Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, HomeGoods, Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, H&M, Kay Jewelers, Auntie Anne's, and Chick-fil-A. The property draws more than 3.7 million visitors annually and is the only enclosed regional mall within a 45-mile radius, giving it a dominant position in the East Texas trade area.

Dillard's and Trademark: A Joint Ownership Strategy

The Longview Mall acquisition marked the first time Trademark Property Company and Dillard's have partnered on a retail acquisition. Under the joint venture structure, Trademark leads day-to-day operations and leasing while Dillard's participates as a co-owner. The addition of a standalone Dillard's Men's Store further expands the retailer's presence at the mall. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
