Transwestern Taps Clark Neuhoff to Lead West Region Industrial Real Estate Development
LOS ANGELES — Transwestern has appointed Clark Neuhoff as Regional Partner in its Development group, the firm announced May 11, 2026. Based in Southern California, Neuhoff will lead industrial real estate development efforts across the West Region, with a focus on sourcing and executing opportunities in key logistics and warehouse markets.
A Veteran of Large-Scale Industrial Real Estate Development
Neuhoff joins Transwestern with more than two decades of experience spanning industrial development, investment, and asset management. Most recently, he served as Chief Development Officer at Alere Property Group, where he helped scale the firm into one of Southern California's largest warehouse real estate developers. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than 50 ground-up development projects totaling nearly 20 million square feet and representing more than $6 billion in value. He has also advised on real estate acquisitions and portfolio strategy totaling an additional $6 billion.
"Clark brings deep institutional knowledge and a proven track record of delivering large-scale industrial projects," said Carl DeLuca, Managing Partner – National Logistics at Transwestern Development. "His expertise guiding complex developments and spearheading long-term investment strategy will strengthen our ability to grow thoughtfully across the West Region."
Neuhoff holds a Master of Science in real estate and construction from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, where he has served on a legislative affairs board.
Expanding Transwestern's Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate Footprint
In his new role, Neuhoff will work to expand Transwestern's presence in key logistics markets across the West. The firm's National Logistics Group currently has 1.4 million square feet of industrial product under development in the West Region. Since 2012, the group has completed or commenced more than $5.02 billion in logistics development projects totaling more than 50.4 million square feet nationally. The group specializes in speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects, with a strategic focus on intermodal logistics, e-commerce, and port strategies.
"Transwestern's comprehensive national platform and entrepreneurial approach to development present a compelling opportunity to build on the firm's strong momentum," Neuhoff said. "I look forward to working with the team to identify new opportunities and deliver high-quality projects across the West Region."
Transwestern operates across diverse commercial real estate property types — including logistics, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, office, data centers, hotel, and life sciences — with $64 billion in assets owned, leased, and operated across 33 offices nationwide, as of April 1, 2026.
