Transaction activity in the Inland Empire multifamily market slowed sharply in the second quarter. Units sold dropped 15.8% quarter-over-quarter and 45.0% year-over-year. Despite that pullback in deal volume, average sale price per unit rose 1.5% quarter-over-quarter and 19.9% year-over-year.

NAI Capital described this dynamic as reflecting "strong pricing resilience despite a sharp pullback in transaction volume."
