INDIANAPOLIS, INZiff Real Estate Partners has acquired an 82,847-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Indianapolis, Indiana, the firm announced May 29, 2026.

Financial terms of the deal, including the purchase price, were not disclosed. The property's name and address were not released in the firm's announcement.

Indianapolis Retail Acquisition

The Indianapolis neighborhood center acquisition deepens ZRP's presence in Indiana. The deal follows a September 2025 acquisition of Covington Plaza, a Fresh Market-anchored community center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

ZRP also sold a business park in Indianapolis in February 2024, according to the firm's news page.

In the months preceding the Indianapolis closing, ZRP acquired Cherokee South, a neighborhood center in Overland Park, Kansas, on March 24, 2026, and West Ashley Shoppes in Charleston, South Carolina, on March 23, 2026 — described by the firm as its third retail asset in Charleston's West Ashley submarket.

Recent Acquisitions and Dispositions

ZRP has been simultaneously acquiring retail assets and disposing of others. The firm sold Crosspointe Plaza, a community shopping center in the Greenville, South Carolina MSA, in February 2026. Earlier dispositions included Butler Crossing, a neighborhood shopping center in Acworth, Georgia, sold in August 2025, and East Brainerd in Chattanooga, Tennessee, also sold in August 2025.

On the acquisition side, ZRP purchased Riverdale Shopping Center in Riverdale, Utah, in December 2025, described as the firm's first retail asset in Utah. The firm entered Colorado retail with Village Square in Louisville, Colorado, in March 2025, followed by Marston Park Plaza in Littleton, Colorado, in June 2025.

As of April 2024, ZRP had realized 29 of 52 retail investments, generating a 2.5x equity multiple and a 24.2% net internal rate of return for investors, according to the firm's own disclosures.

ZRP also operates a self-storage platform alongside its retail business. The firm has acquired self-storage properties in markets including Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama, and launched the ZRP Storage Opportunity Fund in 2021.
