Alliance Industrial Company Promotes Chad Parrish to Chief Investment Officer Amid Industrial Real Estate Expansion
HOUSTON, TX — Alliance Industrial Company has promoted Chad Parrish to Chief Investment Officer (CIO), the firm announced May 5, 2026, citing surging demand in the industrial real estate sector and the need for expanded executive leadership as the company scales its national platform.
Parrish's Track Record in Industrial Real Estate Development
Parrish, who previously served as Managing Director at Alliance Industrial Company, has been instrumental in the firm's success to date by having led more than ten million square feet of industrial real estate development. During his tenure in that role, he oversaw the launch of three divisions, the expansion into six markets, and the raising of $1.2 billion in capital investments. He also played an active role in team development, providing training and guidance to staff advancing into greater responsibilities.
In his new role as CIO, Parrish will formalize oversight across all of Alliance Industrial's 14 investment markets. His responsibilities will span asset management, construction execution, team development, joint venture partner relationships, dispositions, and build-to-suit strategies.
"Chad has been instrumental in our success to date and brings a depth of industrial expertise and market understanding that is critical at the executive level as we continue to scale," said Cyrus Bahrami, founder and chief executive officer at Alliance Industrial Company. "He is highly respected across the industry — capital partners, tenants, brokers, construction teams, and competitors alike — and our Alliance regional teams and partners have naturally gravitated to his insight and judgment when navigating the complexities of their projects. Chad's experience — both in the product type and in Alliance's strategic framework — will help further season our regional teams across our markets and strengthen production and execution across the platform."
Strategic Timing in a Shifting Industrial Real Estate Market
The promotion comes as Alliance Industrial Company responds to what it describes as surging demand in the industrial sector. The firm's core Sunbelt and Southeast markets — particularly Texas — and key inland logistics corridors serving dense population centers are areas where the company sees its strongest growth opportunities.
Alliance Industrial has highlighted AI and e-commerce growth, reshoring activity, and supply chain efficiency as key demand drivers for its real estate development pipeline.
Parrish on the Expanded Role
"I'm honored to take on this expanded role at such an important stage in Alliance's growth," Parrish said. "We've built a solid and durable foundation across every market we serve. I'm excited to continue working alongside our teams and partners to scale the platform, deepen our industry relationships, and capitalize on the opportunities ahead."
Parrish holds a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in real estate and finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Missouri.
Alliance Industrial Company's Platform and Outlook
Alliance Industrial Company, headquartered in Houston, specializes in industrial real estate development with a focus on Sunbelt and Southeast markets. The firm has expanded its footprint to 14 investment markets nationwide.
The elevation of Parrish to the CIO role formalizes a leadership structure that the firm says is designed to support continued platform growth. With $1.2 billion in capital raised under his prior oversight and more than 10 million square feet of industrial development led, the promotion reflects the firm's effort to institutionalize executive accountability across its expanding portfolio of real estate development activity.
