Apex Systems Signs 15,378-SF Full-Floor Office Lease at 448 N. LaSalle in Chicago's River North

CHICAGO — Apex Systems will relocate its Chicago office to 448 N. LaSalle Drive in the River North submarket, signing a long-term lease for the building's entire top floor totaling 15,378 square feet, Stream Realty Partners announced April 21, 2026. The technology and professional services firm is moving from its current location at 600 W. Chicago Ave.

The building is owned by National Real Estate Advisors, which holds the property debt-free. Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord in the transaction. A team from Cushman & Wakefield — Jeff Skender, Jack Tunnicliff, Mike DeSantis, and Mark Moore — represented Apex Systems.

About the Office Asset

Designed by LJC Design & Engineering, 448 N. LaSalle Drive is a 12-story boutique office building totaling 174,599 square feet. The property was delivered in 2021. National Real Estate Advisors has continued to invest capital in the asset, recently delivering 32,000 square feet of furnished spec suites on floors 4 and 7.

The building features floor-to-ceiling windows and an amenity package that includes a private tenant rooftop deck with fire pits, grills, and a dog run, as well as conference facilities, a fitness center, and ground-floor retail. Current ground-floor tenants include Electric Shuffle, a London-based shuffleboard-focused food and beverage concept.
