Bromley Companies and Ram Realty Advisors Expand Midtown Tampa Tenant Roster With Three New Retailers

Midtown Tampa, the $1 billion mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida, is expanding its tenant roster with three new retail and wellness-oriented occupants, developer Bromley Companies announced.

The incoming tenants are Pura Vida Miami, a South Florida-based wellness and lifestyle food brand; CorePower Yoga, a yoga studio operator; and The Shade Store, a custom window treatment company. A timeline for the new tenants to open, or where within the center they will be located, will be announced at a later date, according to Bromley Companies.

About the Development

Midtown Tampa is a self-contained 1.8 million-square-foot development that opened in 2021 and encompasses office, hotel, retail, and multifamily uses. The project includes NOVEL Midtown, a 390-unit luxury apartment community, and a Marriott-branded Aloft and Element Hotel.

The development's existing tenant mix includes national retailers and grocery anchor Whole Foods, outdoor retailer REI Co-op, and restaurant Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, alongside corporate occupants TECO Energy, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Tampa-based technology staffing company Kforce.

Bromley Companies and Ram Realty Advisors Joint Partnership

While Bromley Companies developed the project, the firm earlier this year announced a joint partnership with Ram Realty Advisors aimed at ensuring the retail component of Midtown Tampa continues to evolve alongside the development's other uses. Ram Realty Advisors is a Palm Beach-based real estate investment management firm specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and grocery-anchored retail centers.
