City Developments Limited Unveils S$5 Billion Investment, S$6 Billion Divestment Strategy Targeting Commercial and Hospitality Assets

City Developments Limited announced a three-year GET+ strategy on Sept. 28, 2026, targeting S$5 billion in real estate acquisitions and S$6 billion in divestments across commercial, hospitality and other property sectors. The plan centers on Singapore and aims to reduce net gearing to approximately 55% by FY2029 while doubling assets under management to S$10 billion.
