Colliers Adds Senior Vice President to Philadelphia Industrial Real Estate Team, Expanding Central Pennsylvania Reach
PHILADELPHIA, May 26, 2026 — Colliers has named Allie Gaeta as Senior Vice President within its Philadelphia office, the firm announced, adding an industrial real estate professional to its Golarz-Williams Industrial Team. Gaeta brings more than a decade of experience specializing in agency leasing across Central Pennsylvania.
Expanding Industrial Real Estate Capabilities in Central Pennsylvania
Gaeta's appointment is focused on agency leasing across the Pennsylvania corridor, where she has built relationships with a broad roster of institutional owners and occupiers. According to Colliers, those clients have included Prologis, Link Logistics, Cabot Properties, Dermody, First Industrial, High Street Logistics Properties, KKR/AIP, The Lightstone Group, STAG Industrial, Kinsley Properties, Core5, and Hillwood Urban.
"Central Pennsylvania is a market I know deeply, and bringing that expertise to the Golarz-Williams team feels like a natural fit," Gaeta said in a statement. "Colliers has the platform, the institutional relationships and the regional reach to create real advantages for our clients."
Brian Hilger, Executive Managing Director at Colliers Philadelphia, said Gaeta's market knowledge and existing owner and occupier relationships make her an immediate asset to the team. "Allie's appointment reinforces our commitment to leadership and excellence in the Central Pennsylvania market," Hilger said.
Background and Prior Experience
Before joining Colliers, Gaeta spent nine years at Cushman & Wakefield serving the Pennsylvania Corridor. She has also held positions at NAI Capital and Lee & Associates, where she developed a track record spanning leasing, tenant representation, and portfolio strategy. Gaeta holds a bachelor's degree from University of Pennsylvania.
At Colliers, she joins an eight-person team dedicated to institutional industrial clients across the broader Philadelphia and Pennsylvania region. The Golarz-Williams Industrial Team focuses on occupancy, asset positioning, and transaction execution for institutional industrial clients, according to the firm.
