CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Brinkman Real Estate, in partnership with ATLAS Capital Partners, has acquired Pointe Plaza Apartments, a 123-unit luxury multifamily community located at 6600 Faith Drive in Cheyenne, Wyoming, for an undisclosed price. Colliers' Denver Multifamily Advisory Group brokered the transaction, which closed April 7, 2026.

Property Overview

Pointe Plaza Apartments is a 12-building multifamily community constructed between 2017 and 2022. The property offers amenities including lounges, entertainment spaces, a fitness center, BBQ and picnic areas, and walking paths. The community is situated near neighborhood parks, shopping centers, grocery stores, and a local movie theater, with proximity to downtown Cheyenne.

The new ownership team plans to implement a hands-on asset management approach. According to the announcement, the buyers intend to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen leasing and residential retention, and optimize ancillary income through market-based fee strategies.

The transaction was handled by three senior members of Colliers' Denver-based multifamily team: Bill Morkes, Craig Stack, and Nate Moyer, all Senior Vice Presidents. The team specializes in the disposition of multifamily assets across Colorado and surrounding states, including market-rate, affordable, senior, student, and mixed-use properties, as well as land suitable for multifamily development.

Craig Stack has transacted more than $1 billion in apartment sales over the course of his career, spanning institutional, private capital, and affordable segments. Nate Moyer has been involved in more than $1.35 billion in transaction volume since 2019, encompassing over 6,000 units sold and $500 million in multifamily debt originations. Bill Morkes has focused on multifamily investment sales in Colorado and the Mountain states since 2011.

About the Buyers

Brinkman Real Estate served as the lead general partner in the acquisition, with ATLAS Capital Partners participating as a co-general partner. The purchase price, financing terms, and equity structure of the transaction were not disclosed.
