Colliers Closes Sale of 292,594-SF Eastgate Logistics Center in Gahanna, Ohio for Scannell Properties and Manulife Investment Management
GAHANNA, Ohio — July 6, 2026 — Colliers has completed the sale of Eastgate Logistics Center, a 292,594-square-foot industrial property located at 1804–1808 Deffenbaugh Court in Gahanna, Ohio, within the East submarket of Columbus. The fully leased, two-tenant facility was acquired by Dogwood Industrial Properties, a TPG Real Estate platform focused on acquiring, owning and operating infill, multi-tenant industrial assets in strategic growth markets.
The seller was a joint venture between Scannell Properties, a privately held real estate development and investment firm with an established track record of industrial development throughout North America, and Manulife Investment Management, a company of Manulife Wealth & Asset Management.
