Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $250M Construction Financing for Brickell Starlite Multifamily Project in Miami
MIAMI — Cushman & Wakefield has secured $250 million in construction financing for the Brickell Starlite, a luxury multifamily development by Focus and Group Fox in Miami’s Brickell submarket, the firm announced Dec. 22, 2025.
The financing, provided by Affinius Capital, will support development of the 517-unit property at 125 SW 8th St. Cushman & Wakefield served as the capital markets broker for the transaction. Focus and Group Fox are the general partners and equity sponsors.
