ECE Real Estate Partners Raises €100M for EPIG Shopping Center Fund, Cites Record Occupancy and Renewed Investor Demand

ECE Real Estate Partners has secured approximately €100 million in fresh capital for its EPIG fund, which holds seven European shopping centers valued at more than €2.2 billion. The raise drew new institutional investors from Nordic countries, Switzerland and the Netherlands, as the firm reports portfolio occupancy near 98% and footfall back to pre-pandemic levels.
