Healthpeak Announces Janus Living Has Completed Its Initial Public Offering, Raising $878M
DENVER — Healthpeak, Inc. (NYSE: DOC) and Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE: JAN) announced today that Janus Living has completed its initial public offering, raising approximately $878 million in net proceeds.
The offering comprised 48,300,000 shares of Janus Living's Class A-1 common stock priced at $20.00 per share, including the full exercise by underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 6,300,000 shares. Shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 20, 2026.
IPO Details and Use of Proceeds
The net proceeds from the Janus Living initial public offering — approximately $878 million after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated expenses — are expected to be deployed toward acquisition and investment opportunities that meet the company's investment criteria, as well as for general corporate purposes, according to the joint announcement.

The offering attracted a broad underwriting syndicate. BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan acted as lead book-running managers. Wells Fargo, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley served as bookrunners.
