Healthpeak Properties Closes $400 Million Unsecured Delayed-Draw Term Loan Facility

DENVER — Healthpeak, Inc. (NYSE: DOC) has closed on a new $400 million unsecured delayed-draw term loan facility, the company announced March 23, 2026. The facility matures in March 2031 and was undrawn at closing.

Loan Terms and Financing Structure

Borrowings under the term loan bear interest at SOFR plus 80 basis points, based on Healthpeak's current credit ratings. The unsecured term loan facility was arranged by BofA Securities, JPMorgan, and Wells Fargo as joint bookrunners. Bank of America, N.A. serves as administrative agent on the transaction.
