Kathrine Gillis Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Director of Brokerage in Dallas-Fort Worth

DALLAS, May 29, 2026 — Cushman & Wakefield has named Kathrine Gillis as Director of Brokerage for its Dallas-Fort Worth operations, the firm announced Thursday, adding a veteran of Texas retail real estate and sales management to lead brokerage efforts in the region.
Role and Responsibilities in North Texas
In her new position, Gillis will focus on enabling brokers and brokerage teams to perform at peak level while advancing the firm's business objectives, culture, and talent strategies across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. According to Cushman & Wakefield, her efforts will be directed at driving performance, supporting professional development, and ensuring that the firm's brokers in North Texas are equipped to leverage its platform and thought leadership to optimize client services and build market share.

Background in Retail Real Estate and Sales Management
Gillis joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where she most recently led retail advisory for Texas. Prior to that role, she served as Sales Management Director for North Texas at the same firm. Gillis is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
