Kingstone Real Estate Named Exclusive Advisor for Iroko's Commercial Real Estate Expansion in Poland
Munich-based Kingstone Real Estate has been appointed exclusive advisor to French asset manager Iroko for the firm's expansion into the Polish commercial real estate market, the companies announced May 5, 2026. The advisory mandate covers deal sourcing and transaction services for Iroko Atlas, one of Iroko's SCPI investment vehicles, targeting cash-flow-producing assets across Poland's major and regional cities.
First Acquisition Completed in Krakow
The partnership has already completed its first acquisition. Iroko acquired Nowa Kamienica, an office asset located on Rakowicka Street near Krakow's main railway station and Old Town. The property was completed in 2004, is fully leased to a mix of tenants, and was sold by real estate investment and advisory firm Martley Capital Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Scope of the Acquisition Strategy
Under the advisory agreement, Kingstone Real Estate will identify assets with individual values ranging between €2 million and €20 million. Targeted property types include office, retail, logistics, hotels, and light industrial. Iroko intends to hold acquired assets on a long-term basis while actively managing them to increase value.
Kingstone Real Estate's Role and Polish Market Presence
Philipp Schomberg, Co-Founder and CEO Poland at Kingstone Real Estate, commented on the mandate: "Our expertise, excellent network and strong local presence in Poland make us the ideal partner for international investors entering the Polish market. We believe Poland offers an attractive market entry for strong cash flow-producing assets, not only in major but also regional cities. As one of Europe's most dynamic economies, Poland continues to demonstrate strong growth and resilience. We have the skillset to support investors in implementing such strategies and generating superior returns."
