LaSalle Investment Management Appoints Peter Sibilia as Head of US Transactions

CHICAGOLaSalle Investment Management has named Peter Sibilia as Head of US Transactions, effective March 2, 2026, the global real estate investment manager announced. Sibilia will be based in New York and report directly to Richard Kleinman, Chief Investment Officer for the Americas.

Leadership Transition on the US Transactions Team

The US Transactions team was previously led by Pat Pelling, who transitions to the role of Portfolio Manager of LaSalle Property Fund. In his new position, Sibilia will partner with LaSalle's portfolio management, asset management, research, and investor relations teams to drive sourcing, underwriting, and investment execution across the firm's US platform.

The appointment represents a leadership change within one of the firm's core operational units, with the US Transactions team playing a central role in deploying capital across LaSalle's diverse range of investment vehicles, including separate accounts and open- and closed-end funds.

LaSalle Investment Management: Operational Scale and Strategic Context

LaSalle Investment Management, a subsidiary of JLL, manages approximately $86.4 billion in assets across private and public real estate equity and debt investments as of Q3 2025. The firm's institutional client base includes public and private pension funds, insurance companies, governments, corporations, endowments, and private individuals from around the world. LaSalle sponsors a range of investment vehicles, including separate accounts, open- and closed-end funds, public securities, and entity-level investments.
