TPG, Redfearn Capital and Partners Pay $628M for 53-Building Industrial Portfolio Across Seven States

A joint venture led by TPG and including Redfearn Capital, Atlanta Property Group and Matterhorn Venture Partners has acquired a 53-building, 5.4 million-square-foot industrial portfolio from DRA Advisors for $628 million. The deal, the largest to date between TPG and Redfearn Capital, spans seven states with roughly 75 percent of assets concentrated in Southeast markets.
