Milhaus, Broadshore Capital Partners and SRG Residential have come together as a single integrated multifamily real estate platform, the companies announced, combining three complementary businesses under a shared strategy aimed at covering the full lifecycle of a multifamily investment.
The combination unites Milhaus's development, investment and capital markets capabilities with Broadshore Capital Partners' real estate lending operations and SRG Residential's property management platform. Each firm will continue to serve clients under its own name, the companies said.
