The initiative follows a cooperation between NAS Invest and Limida Servicing that began in early 2024, during which both firms jointly executed several workout and restructuring mandates. The new platform formalizes that collaboration under a shared organizational structure.

The partners noted that many market participants are being forced to reorganize their financing structures under significantly changed conditions. VALORIQ Solutions will use technology-driven analytics to develop solutions that are both legally sound and economically viable.

Market Context: Maturing Debt and Funding Gaps

Industry analyses cited by the companies indicate that between late 2025 and 2027, commercial real estate financings in Germany totaling between €60 billion and €80 billion will reach maturity. At the same time, the European commercial real estate debt funding gap is estimated at €70 billion to €100 billion.
