NAS Invest Opens London Office, Names Stephen Miles Managing Director

NAS Invest announced March 10 the opening of a new London office under NAS Invest UK Ltd and the appointment of Stephen Miles as Managing Director, London — a move the firm described as a significant milestone in its pan-European growth strategy.

The real estate investment manager, which oversees approximately €4.5 billion in assets under management concentrated in Germany, said the London expansion is designed to deepen its access to institutional and private capital on a global scale. NAS Invest has an established presence across Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

London as a Gateway for Capital Partnerships

NAS Invest cited London's standing as one of the world's foremost hubs for real estate capital allocation as the primary rationale for the expansion. According to the firm, the city provides direct access to the global investor community that NAS is increasingly engaging as it scales its German and broader European activities.

Stephen Miles Appointed to Lead NAS Invest UK

Stephen Miles joins NAS Invest UK Ltd as Managing Director within the firm's Capital Markets unit. His mandate centers on developing international capital partnerships with institutional investors, working in close coordination with NAS teams in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Zurich.

Miles brings more than 25 years of experience in European real estate capital markets and corporate finance. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Capital Partnerships, Europe, at Schroders Capital, where he led product development and capital raising across global real estate fund strategies and direct investment mandates. Prior to that role, he held the position of Executive Director, EMEA Capital Markets at CBRE, and has occupied senior leadership roles at JLL and BNP Paribas Real Estate across London and Paris.

His appointment at NAS Invest is focused on connecting global institutional capital with the firm's investment strategies across German real estate in both equity and debt.

Integrating London and Zurich Into a Single Capital Platform

The London office complements NAS Invest's existing investor relations operations in Zurich, which remain focused on serving family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Together, the firm said, the two hubs form an increasingly robust capital-raising and investor relations network, allowing NAS to engage the full spectrum of professional investors from a single, integrated platform.

The platform now spans Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom, with the London presence serving as the primary interface for institutional capital engagement at the international level.

NAS Invest did not disclose financial terms associated with the London office opening.
