West Palm Beach Market Context

West Palm Beach has experienced significant transformation in recent years, driven by an influx of Class A office real estate, luxury multifamily real estate, and high-end retail real estate development that has established a live-work-play environment in the market, according to the announcement. That evolution has strengthened mid-week corporate demand while complementing weekend leisure travel.

As of July 2025, the West Palm Beach hospitality market recorded year-over-year revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth exceeding 11%, with an additional 6% or more growth projected by year-end 2025, according to Newmark.

Transaction Background

The financing from Nomura enables Related Ross to complete the real estate acquisition with institutional debt backing. The seller and additional transaction details were not disclosed in the announcement.
