Newmark Names Roy Ng Head of Research in Hong Kong
Newmark has appointed Roy Ng, MRICS, as Head of Research in Hong Kong, the firm announced April 13, 2026. In the role, Ng will lead market research, forecasting, and thought leadership across office, industrial, retail, and capital markets, supporting clients with data-driven insights amid evolving occupier and investment conditions.
Role and Responsibilities
Ng will work closely with Newmark's regional and global research teams to expand coverage, enhance analytical rigor, and align local intelligence with global trends. His mandate spans the full commercial real estate spectrum in Hong Kong, including leasing dynamics, capital markets analysis, and strategic advisory across the Greater Pearl River Delta.
