Niam has completed the acquisition of a newly developed logistics facility in Jönköping, Sweden, purchasing the asset from Tosito, the firm announced. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The property comprises approximately 19,525 square meters — roughly 210,000 square feet — of industrial space completed in 2024. The facility is fully leased to FREJA, a Nordic logistics provider, under a long-term lease agreement, and carries Miljöbyggnad Silver certification reflecting its environmental performance standards.
