Yondr Group and Cerberus Capital Management have jointly acquired a 40-acre site in Manassas, Virginia, where they plan to develop a 72-megawatt hyperscale data center campus expected to come online in 2029. The deal positions the partners to capture demand in Northern Virginia, the world's largest data center market, where vacancy has fallen to historic lows.

Sabey Data Centers Proposes $4.25 Billion Data Center Campus in Indianapolis' Decatur Township

Sabey Data Centers has proposed a $4.25 billion, approximately one-million-square-foot data center campus in Decatur Township on Indianapolis' southwest side. The project includes commitments for $5 million in road improvements and $25 million for a new aquatic center, alongside projections of high-wage jobs and substantial long-term tax contributions to local schools and the Marion County Library.

AirTrunk has secured US$2.325 billion in green project financing for its JHB2 hyperscale data centre campus in Johor Bahru, Malaysia — the largest green project finance transaction for a single data centre in the country. A consortium of 30 local and international lenders, led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, DBS Bank Ltd., ING Bank N.V. and others, backed the deal.

Sabey Corporation and National Real Estate Advisors announced July 8 that Ares Management's Secondaries funds have made a minority equity investment in Sabey Data Center Properties, LLC, a jointly owned data center platform spanning six energized campuses with approximately 251 megawatts of operating capacity.
