S2 Capital Names Danny Bernstein Vice President of Acquisitions to Drive Industrial Real Estate Growth in Atlanta

Dallas-based real estate investment firm S2 Capital has appointed Ron Bernstein as vice president of acquisitions in Atlanta, the company announced May 12, 2026, marking a significant step in the firm's effort to build out its Sun Belt industrial real estate portfolio.

Bernstein joins S2 Capital from Blackstone's Link Logistics, bringing institutional-level deal experience to the firm's newly formed U.S. industrial team.
