Stockdale Capital Partners Adds Four Senior Executives Across Retail, Acquisitions, Capital Formation and Engineering

Los Angeles-based real estate private equity firm Stockdale Capital Partners has hired four senior-level executives across acquisitions, capital formation, retail leasing and property management engineering, the firm announced March 10, 2026. The additions are part of a broader expansion that has brought more than 30 new hires to the firm over the past 12 months.

The four new executives are Cole Haverty, Vice President of Acquisitions; Max MacArthur-Ricciuti, Senior Vice President of Capital Formation; Lauren Gausden, Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing; and Charles Sheaffer, Head of Engineering, Property Management.

Expanding National Footprint

The hiring announcement coincides with Stockdale Capital Partners' geographic expansion. The firm recently opened an East Coast headquarters in New York City and launched a Dallas office in late 2025, bringing its total U.S. office count to six locations. The firm's institutional investor base includes domestic and international pension funds, endowments, global financial institutions and prominent family offices.

Over the past year, Stockdale has recruited senior professionals with backgrounds at firms including Oaktree, CIM Group, TruAmerica Multifamily, Tishman Speyer, Westfield, Fortress and Caruso. The firm operates across multifamily, retail, medical office, hospitality and office platforms.

Acquisitions Role Bolstered by East Coast Hire

Cole Haverty joins Stockdale from Elliott Investment Management, where he was a core member of the firm's U.S. Real Estate team and was involved in more than $8 billion in direct and structured equity acquisitions, debt originations and platform investments across all asset types. Haverty will be based in Stockdale's New York office, where he will focus on expanding the firm's East Coast presence to complement its West Coast and Texas operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Max MacArthur-Ricciuti joins as Senior Vice President of Capital Formation, bringing experience from Commonwealth Asset Management and PJT Partners' Park Hill Real Estate Group. Over his career, MacArthur-Ricciuti has executed more than $8 billion in transactions across domestic and international markets, spanning core to opportunistic strategies, traditional and alternative sectors and platform-level investments. His background includes capital markets, strategic transactions, acquisitions and institutional investor relationship management. He is a graduate of Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Retail Leasing and Engineering Leadership Added

Lauren Gausden joins as Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing, bringing more than two decades of retail leasing experience. She most recently served as Vice President of Odyssey Retail Advisors, where she opened and led the Los Angeles office for the New York-based advisory firm. Her prior experience includes senior-level positions at DJM Capital Partners, Brookfield Properties and Macerich. Gausden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is an active member of ICSC.

Charles Sheaffer joins as Head of Engineering, Property Management, bringing more than 18 years of commercial real estate engineering and operations experience. His expertise spans Class A office, industrial and life science assets. Sheaffer most recently served as Vice President of Engineering at Lincoln Property Company, where he led engineering operations across a multi-state West Coast portfolio, overseeing building operations, compliance, capital planning and vendor management in close partnership with property management and ownership teams.

Talent Strategy Reflects Broader Platform Build-Out

The four hires represent the latest phase of a yearlong talent expansion at Stockdale Capital Partners. The firm has added more than 30 employees across investment, asset management, property management and corporate functions over the past 12 months. The firm noted that recent senior hires bring experience from top-tier real estate organizations as it pursues its next stage of growth.
