Stream Realty Partners Awarded Leasing Assignment for 481,007-SF Office Tower at 8000 Towers Crescent in Tysons

TYSONS, VA — Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm, has been awarded the leasing assignment for 8000 Towers Crescent Drive, a 481,007-square-foot, 17-story office tower in the Tysons submarket of Northern Virginia, the firm announced March 24, 2026.

Stream Executive Vice President Billy Byrne and Co-Managing Director Erik McLaughlin will oversee leasing on behalf of the property owner, JAG Tycon Towers, LLC.

Property Overview

8000 Towers Crescent Drive is part of the broader Towers Crescent mixed-use development and sits on the Capital Beltway. The building was originally designed by Philip Johnson and John Burgee Architects and was named a 2022 Best Site for Commuters by USF's Center for Urban Transportation.

The tower offers typical floor plates of approximately 25,466 square feet, with available blocks ranging from 2,000 square feet to more than 150,000 contiguous square feet.
