Stream Realty Partners has facilitated an industrial lease expansion for Nuage Designs at Eastview Commerce Center, located at 2400–2410 NW 116th Street in Miami, Florida, bringing the event design and rental company's total footprint at the property to 104,340 square feet, the firm announced June 15, 2026.

Transaction Details and Dual Representation

Stream Realty Partners Managing Directors and Executive Vice Presidents Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda represented both the landlord and Nuage Designs in the transaction. The deal expands Nuage's presence within the North Central Miami-Dade County industrial submarket.

"Finding space that can accommodate both immediate operational needs and long-term growth is increasingly challenging in South Florida's industrial market," said Nick Wigoda, Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Stream Realty Partners. "Eastview Commerce Center offered the scale and functionality Nuage needed as the company expanded its inventory and product offerings. The facility provides the capacity, operational efficiencies, and flexibility to support future growth while giving Nuage access to one of the region's most strategic logistics corridors."

Expansion Driven by Acquisition and Business Growth

The lease expansion follows Nuage Designs' acquisition of Treasury Rentals, a South Florida-based tabletop rental company, which broadened the company's inventory and service capabilities. Founded in 2004 as a specialty linen provider, Nuage has evolved into a full-service event design and rental company offering furniture, tabletop items, linens, and décor accessories. The company has grown from fewer than 10 employees in its early years to approximately 200 team members.

The additional space at Eastview Commerce Center is intended to support expanded warehousing, inventory management, and distribution capabilities for Nuage's growing product portfolio. The facility will serve as a centralized hub for the company as it continues to serve clients throughout South Florida and expand its reach into new markets.

"The acquisition of Treasury Rentals represented a transformational step for our business, allowing us to offer our clients an even broader range of products and services," said Pablo Oliveira, Founder and President of Nuage Designs. "As our inventory, team, and customer base continue to grow, expanding our footprint became essential. This new space gives us the capacity and flexibility to operate more efficiently, better serve our clients, and continue delivering exceptional experiences for events across South Florida and beyond."
