TradeLane Properties Secures Long-Term Lease at 304,560-SF Industrial Facility in Columbus, Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio — TradeLane Properties has announced the execution of a long-term lease with a Fortune 500 global logistics company at its 304,560-square-foot Class-A industrial facility at 9296 Intermodal Court in Columbus, Ohio, within the Rickenbacker submarket. The Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based industrial real estate company said the agreement further enhances the asset's long-term value within its TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund III, L.P. portfolio.
Property and Transaction Details
The facility sits on 26.8 acres adjacent to Rickenbacker International Airport within the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park. Built in 2014, the cross-docked building features 30 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, 32-foot clear height, and ample auto parking. The site also offers expansion capability of up to approximately 435,000 square feet, according to TradeLane Properties.
TradeLane Properties acquired the building within Fund III fully occupied but with a short-term lease in place. The newly executed long-term lease replaces that short-term arrangement. The firm said the transaction further enhances the asset's long-term value within the Fund III portfolio.
Rick Trott with CBRE and Andrew Mager with Cresa assisted in the transaction. Their respective roles as landlord or tenant representative were not specified in the announcement.
