Trademark Completes The Vickery, a 321-Unit Multifamily Community in Fort Worth's Near Southside

Fort Worth-based Trademark has celebrated the grand opening of The Vickery, a 321-residence multifamily community located at 700 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth's Near Southside District, the firm announced June 26, 2026. The community, set on five acres, is now fully complete and has already attracted more than 200 residents since welcoming its first occupants in late 2025.

Project Overview and Amenities

The Vickery comprises 307 apartments and 14 townhomes offered in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Units feature custom finishes, high ceilings, and large windows, with select residences offering views of the downtown Fort Worth skyline. The project also includes a standalone 5,358-square-foot restaurant opportunity with rooftop patio space.

The community's signature amenity is a Sky Lounge offering panoramic views of the Fort Worth skyline. Additional resident offerings include a resort-style pool, a fitness center, hot and cold plunge tubs, a dedicated wellness program, a co-working lounge, a central public park, two dog parks, on-site pickleball courts, and electric vehicle charging stations.

"The Vickery sets a new bar for residential living in Fort Worth and reflects the standard our platform holds for everything we build," said Chad Colley, multifamily and mixed-use partner at Trademark. "Bringing this project to fruition during one of the most challenging capital markets environments in recent memory underscores the strength of Trademark's brand, the DFW market and the enduring appeal of thoughtfully designed multifamily communities. The Vickery has succeeded because it delivers what today's residents are seeking: an exceptional living experience with walkability, and a sense of place that defines great neighborhoods."

Public Infrastructure and Sustainability

The Vickery received support from a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District incentive from the City of Fort Worth. Through that arrangement, Trademark funded improvements including upgraded sidewalks, bike lanes, a new public space, and enhanced pedestrian and vehicular access along Hemphill Street, integrating the project into the surrounding Near Southside neighborhood.

The community was designed and built to National Green Building Standards (NGBS) and qualifies for LEED Bronze certification, according to the firm. Trademark cited energy efficiency, lower operating costs, and long-term resilience as outcomes of that approach.

The Near Southside District, located just south of downtown Fort Worth, has been evolving from legacy medical and industrial uses into a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood. The Vickery's public park, improved streetscapes, and bike and pedestrian infrastructure align with that broader trajectory. The firm noted that the site had previously challenged multiple developers before Trademark brought it to completion.

Trademark's Expanding Texas Multifamily Pipeline

The Vickery opening marks one of several active multifamily developments Trademark is advancing across Texas. In Fort Worth, the firm is currently developing Westbend Residences, a 321-unit community overlooking the Trinity River. In Dallas, following unanimous City Council approval, Trademark is moving forward with 3900 Lemmon Avenue, a 362-unit residential mixed-use community in the Turtle Creek area that will include public open space.

Trademark's broader Dallas–Fort Worth portfolio includes Shivers Farm in Southlake, Anthem Realty Group — the former Lincoln Square — Galleria Dallas, Left Bank, Westbend, and Alliance Town Center.
