Phoenix, Ariz.Trammell Crow Company has broken ground on West 101 Logistics Center, a five-building, 1,088,747-square-foot industrial development in Phoenix, according to a company announcement. The speculative project is expected to be delivered by summer 2026.

Development Details

Located at the southeast corner of Arizona State Route 101 (Loop 101) and East Indian School Road, the West 101 Logistics Center will include five industrial buildings available for sale or lease. The facilities will range from 169,994 square feet to 311,853 square feet. Each building will feature clear heights between 32 and 36 feet, spec office space, LED lighting, full HVAC implementation, and freeway frontage.

According to Trammell Crow Company, Building 1 will total 169,994 square feet with a 32-foot clear height; Building 2 will include 178,246 square feet with a 32-foot clear height; Building 3 will span 311,853 square feet with a 36-foot clear height; Building 4 will comprise 205,910 square feet with a 32-foot clear height; and Building 5 will total 222,794 square feet with a 32-foot clear height. All buildings will include abundant auto parking, power, spec office space, LED lighting, oversized end-cap grade-level doors, and full HVAC systems.
