NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. — Marcus Partners has opened The Belstead, a 304-unit multifamily community in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, with Greystar serving as property manager. The community began welcoming its first residents in August 2026, adding a significant block of new rental housing to a suburban Boston-Providence corridor where new professionally managed inventory has been limited.

Project Overview and Site

The Belstead is a four-story, market-rate apartment community located off Kelley Boulevard near George Leven Drive in North Attleboro's Wilkins Four Corners area, with a primary residential address of 45 George Leven Drive. The property was developed on the site of a former driving range and family fun center, converting a low-intensity recreational parcel into higher-density housing.

The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Unit sizes range from approximately 698 square feet for one-bedroom layouts to roughly 1,051 square feet for two-bedrooms and approximately 1,253 square feet for three-bedroom apartments. Asking rents during the initial lease-up period begin around $2,450 per month for one-bedroom units, with two-bedroom apartments generally ranging from approximately $3,000 to $3,095 per month and three-bedroom units listed in the $3,620 to $3,670 per month range. The property is in active lease-up, with unit availability extending into the fourth quarter of 2026.

Select apartments feature expansive closets with a sliding barn door. Units are available in two finish schemes.

The property's central outdoor amenity is the Sun Lounge, a resort-style pool with a surrounding deck, lounge seating, and shaded umbrellas. Adjacent to it is The Green, an outdoor courtyard with seating, grilling stations, fire pits, and lawn games.
