Transwestern Hires Ashley Rath as Senior Director of Data & IT to Advance AI Strategy

HOUSTONTranswestern has named Ashley Rath as Senior Director, Data & IT, the firm announced May 27, 2026, adding an enterprise technology executive to lead data, analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives across its integrated commercial real estate platform.

Rath joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as AI & Data Portfolio Director, overseeing enterprise AI and data initiatives and leading cross-functional coordination among technology teams, business stakeholders and external development partners. She brings nearly 20 years of experience building and leading project management and technology teams responsible for enterprise transformation, governance programs and operational modernization.

Role and Responsibilities at Transwestern

In her new position, Rath will collaborate with Transwestern's business leaders to prioritize and execute large-scale initiatives delivered through data, analytics and AI. The firm said her work will focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, scalability and client experience. She reports to Jason Moersch, Executive Managing Director of Business Intelligence, Innovation and Technology.
