Velo3D Signs $55.8 Million Lease at OMP Oaks Business Park, Bringing Livermore Industrial Complex to Full Occupancy

LIVERMORE, Calif. — July 15, 2026 — Metal additive manufacturing company Velo3D has signed a $55.8 million lease for Building 2 at OMP Oaks Business Park in Livermore, California, bringing the two-building advanced manufacturing and warehouse complex to full occupancy, Colliers announced.
Velo3D leased the 288,747-square-foot facility at 711 Challenger Street. Colliers facilitated the transaction on behalf of the landlords, OMP and Invesco.
Deal Details and Brokerage Team
Colliers Vice Chairman Greig Lagomarsino and Executive Vice Presidents Mike Lloyd, Nick Ousman, and John Steinbuch represented OMP and Invesco Real Estate in the lease. The Colliers team has advised the landlords throughout the business park's full development cycle, including a 2018 land sale involving approximately 40 acres and the 2024 pre-leasing of Building 1 — a 471,000-square-foot facility — to Lam Research.
"The successful lease of Building 2 marks an exciting milestone for this project. Having been involved from the beginning, we are proud to see the building fully occupied by a roster of innovative, world-class tenants," said Mike Lloyd, Executive Vice President at Colliers. "The full occupancy of the park further reinforces the area's position as a premier hub for industrial activity and continued economic growth."
Nick Ousman, Executive Vice President at Colliers, noted the continued appetite among specialized occupiers for purpose-built space. "We continue to see demand for high-quality products like these assets. Advanced manufacturing and innovation tenants need spaces that are properly equipped to support their cutting-edge work," Ousman said. "These facilities provide the functionality and operational efficiency required to help companies scale, optimize production and continue advancing their industries."
Velo3D's Expansion Plans
According to Velo3D, the Livermore facility will serve as its primary production and manufacturing center. The company said the expansion reflects increasing customer demand to move beyond prototyping and qualification into full-scale production. The new location is intended to complement Velo3D's existing headquarters in Fremont and will provide additional clear heights and capacity to better serve its customers.
OMP Oaks Business Park Reaches Full Occupancy
With Velo3D's lease of Building 2 now complete, OMP Oaks Business Park is fully occupied. The two-building complex was developed as a new advanced manufacturing and warehouse business center. Building 1, occupied by Lam Research, spans approximately 471,000 square feet, while Building 2 accounts for 288,747 square feet.
