Anchor Health Properties has broken ground on a third medical outpatient building at its Horizon Professional Center campus in Lawrenceville, Georgia, the firm announced June 17, 2026. The 30,000-square-foot facility, located at 595 Hurricane Shoals Road, will be master leased to Northside Hospital and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

Third Building Expands Existing Two-MOB Campus

The new development adds to an existing two-building medical outpatient campus that Anchor Health Properties has developed in proximity to Northside Gwinnett Hospital. The project continues the firm's campus expansion strategy in the Lawrenceville market, which sits within the greater Atlanta area. The new facility is expected to house a mix of outpatient services that complement care offerings already available across the existing medical outpatient buildings on the campus.

Anchor Health Properties is leading all aspects of project delivery, including due diligence, financial analysis, planning, programming, design and construction oversight, and post-occupancy commissioning. The firm will also provide ongoing asset and property management services following completion.

Project Team

The project team includes several regionally based firms with healthcare facility experience. LDDBlueline is serving as the architect, Trident Construction Group as the general contractor, Travis Pruitt & Associates as the civil engineer, and Westside Engineering as the MEP engineering firm.

Elliott Sellers, Senior Vice President & Partner with Anchor Health Properties, added, "This next phase reflects our continued commitment to intentional growth in Atlanta and our partnership with Northside Hospital.
