Argosy Real Estate Partners Wins ALIS Hotel Development of the Year for 136-Room Hampton Inn & Suites in Maui
Argosy Real Estate Partners announced Feb. 23 that the Hampton Inn & Suites Maui North Shore has been named the 2025 Development of the Year (Select/Limited-Service) by the Americas Lodging Investment Summit, recognizing the firm's hospitality real estate development in one of the most supply-constrained hotel markets in the United States.
The award was presented during the 25th Annual ALIS conference held in Los Angeles in January 2026. Peachtree Group submitted the nomination, which was based on project activity through Dec. 31, 2025.
Project Overview: First New Branded Hotel on Maui's North Shore Since 2012
The Hampton Inn & Suites Maui North Shore is a 136-room upper-midscale beachfront hotel located in Kahului on the Island of Maui. The property opened on April 25, 2025, and represents the first newly built branded select-service hotel on Maui's North Shore in more than a decade. The hotel is managed by Springboard Hospitality.
The real estate development project was executed by Argosy Real Estate Partners in partnership with Peachtree Group and Blackridge Group. The development team navigated what the firm described as significant entitlement and construction complexity to deliver the project.
The property delivered a Hilton-branded lodging option to a market that had seen no new branded select-service supply since 2012, in a destination characterized by high tourism demand and limited hotel inventory.
