Avison Young Names Nick Chung Principal to Lead Global Corporate Accounts From Toronto

Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has appointed Nick Chung as Principal and Senior Director – Corporate Accounts, a newly created role based in Toronto, the firm announced March 25, 2026. Chung will oversee a global office occupier portfolio of more than 300 client locations across more than 30 countries, spanning multiple service lines including transaction management, lease administration, project management, and workplace strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
In this newly established position, Chung and his team are charged with integrating and aligning Avison Young's real estate solutions with clients' broader business objectives. The role encompasses governance, change management, and client engagement across a major corporate occupier group.

Nick Chung's Background and Industry Experience
Chung brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the role, with a focus on corporate real estate portfolio strategy, account management, transaction management, and project management across Asia Pacific and North America. His prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Integrated Portfolio Services at a major global commercial real estate firm, as well as roles of increasing responsibility at a global real estate consultancy.
Chung holds the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He earned an MBA from DePaul University's Kellstadt Business School with a focus in Business Management, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western University.
