Construction at Graham Park CLT has reached the tilt-wall erection phase, marking a significant milestone for the 171,920-square-foot industrial development at 2241 Graham Park Drive in Charlotte's Southwest submarket. Trinity Capital Advisors Advisors, in a joint venture with Crow Holdings, is developing the project, which is located within North Carolina's largest industrial submarket and is expected to be completed this fall.

Project Advances to Structural Phase

With concrete tilt-wall panels now being raised into place, the building's form is beginning to take shape at the Southwest Charlotte site. Members of the Trinity Capital team were recently on-site to observe the tilt-wall erection milestone alongside project partners, according to the firm's announcement published June 10, 2026.

Once delivered, Graham Park CLT will feature 32-foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, and multiple storefronts designed to accommodate a range of tenant uses. The project also includes a two-acre outdoor storage area intended to provide flexibility for tenants requiring surplus trailer parking or outside storage capacity.

Project Team and Financing

The development team includes several key partners across construction, leasing, and financing. Edifice is serving as general contractor on the project. United Bank is providing financing for the development.

Leasing of the building is being handled by Tom Tropeano, Chris Loyd, Gray Gaines, and Henry Lobb of Avison Young, representing ownership.
