FARGO, N.D. — BlueLine has officially opened Lashkowitz Riverfront Apartments, a new affordable housing community in Fargo, North Dakota, delivering 110 apartment homes reserved for residents earning between 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The project was developed in partnership with the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority and marks the firm's second collaborative development with the authority in the region.

Project Details: 110 Units Across Multiple Bedroom Sizes

Lashkowitz Riverfront Apartments offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all designated as affordable housing. BlueLine described the opening as a milestone for the Fargo community and reaffirmed its commitment to expanding affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families in the area.

A Programmatic Partnership With Fargo Housing

Lashkowitz Riverfront Apartments is the second project BlueLine has completed with the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority. BlueLine's pipeline in the Fargo market extends beyond Lashkowitz. The firm recently announced that its 14–4 Apartments project in the region has been awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA).

Recent Activity: Gem City Apartments and Mothership

The Fargo opening comes alongside other recent activity for BlueLine. The firm announced that Gem City Apartments has been awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by the Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA).

BlueLine also announced that its Mothership development in Denver, Colorado — built in partnership with Urban Peak — received an Impact Award from the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
